RAFFINE Lifetime Warranty Policy

Overview

At RAFFINE, we are committed to providing high-quality jewellery that you can cherish for a lifetime. To ensure your complete satisfaction and peace of mind, we offer a lifetime warranty on the plating of all our jewellery pieces.

What is Covered

Our lifetime warranty covers the plating of our jewellery. This includes:

  • Gold plating
  • Silver plating

If the plating on your jewellery piece wears off or becomes damaged under normal use, we will re-plate the item at no cost to you.

What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Loss or theft of the jewellery piece
  • Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or improper care
  • Wear and tear scratches on the product
  • Modifications or repairs made by anyone other than RAFFINE

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To make a claim under this warranty, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at care@theraffine.in with your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. Provide clear photographs of the jewellery piece showing the area of concern.
  3. Our team will review your claim and respond within 5 business days with instructions on how to proceed.

Shipping and Handling

Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return the jewellery piece to RAFFINE. We will cover the cost of re-plating and return shipping back to you.

General Conditions

  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
  • RAFFINE reserves the right to modify or discontinue this warranty policy at any time without notice.
