RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

At Raffine, we aim to keep our customers happy and satisfied at all times. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, feel free to reach out to our customer support team. They will be happy to assist you with our exchange policy. Write to us at care@theraffine.in.

SOMETHING TO KEEP IN MIND:

  • No Refunds and Returns: Our store policy is NO refunds and returns.
  • Final Sale Items: Purchases made on items listed on sale, using discount codes, or gift cards are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
  • Colour Variation: Please note that product colour may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings. Differences in colour will not be accepted as a reason for return or exchange.
  • Hygienic Factors: Piercings such as earrings cannot be exchanged or returned due to hygienic factors.
  • Unboxing Video: We advise you to make a video of opening your package at the time of delivery to expedite your claim.


IF YOU'VE RECEIVED A DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

  1. Email Notification: Contact us at care@theraffine.in within 48 hours of receiving your order, including your order number in the subject line. Please attach photos and an unboxing video clearly showing the issue.

  2. Return Procedure: After assessing your claim, we will arrange for the return of the damaged item. Please use the original packaging and include the receipt/invoice.

  3. Options for Resolution:

    • Replacement: We will send a replacement to your specified address. Kindly update us with any changes to your contact details promptly.
    • Out of Stock: If the item is unavailable, we will issue a gift card equivalent to the purchase price (excluding shipping fees) for future use.



CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY BEFORE SHIPMENT:

If the order or the product(s) you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team at enquiry@perfectlyaverage.in.

  • Refund Process: In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 7 business days after we process the cancellation request.

CANCELLATION POLICY AFTER SHIPMENT:

In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
